My Book Reading Hobby

In 2018 during my second full year of retirement I decided to keep a journal of the books I was reading. I always have read and over the last 20 years or so have read all of Stephen King’s books. But I decide to challenge my self by reading more!

2018 I read 31 books. In 2019 I read 75 books and jumped it to 120 for both 2020 and 21. In 2022 I dropped to 110.

In this page I will list the books I read for the month listing author’s name and the date I read the book. I will also highlight the new authors I have read for the first time this month.

In 2021 I read 120 books, 83 were ebooks from the Westmoreland County library. 42 of the 120 were from authors I was reading for the first time. I also listened to 2 audio books. I wrote a blog about that on Jan. 1, 2022.

In 2022 I read 110 books with 42 new authors again. 55 ebooks and 12 audio books this year.
